Deaf Friendly Football Festivals - North West

Welcome to DeaFFF NW.

We are the first regional, 5-a-side, football competition for deaf players aged 8-16 years,

not related to schools, in the NW of England.

There are very few local impairment specific sports for young deaf people.

DeaFFF NW provides the chance to play football and provides BSL communication support,

and is starting to look at cricket locally too.

DeaFFF NW wants to develop peer group support through sport.

Our aim is to hold regionally based football sessions, throughout the football season, at various venues around

the North West, approximately every 4-6 week, so that as many deaf players as possible can join in.

You don't have to be part of a team, we cater for individuals as well.

Have a look at our website. You may want to come along and give our sessions a try!!

On April 12th Lancashire Cricket Board will hold a deaf cricket session for 8 years and over, with Deaf England players coaching. Contact us for details.
